Prescriptions are required for prescription-only medications. Over-the-counter (OTC) products can be ordered freely. Upload prescriptions during checkout or email them via upload page.
- We require a doctor’s prescription to ship medication to all countries. If you don’t have a prescription, we may be able to help you get one online, it’s free of charge if you have a photo of your used medication bottle/pack with your information clearly printed on it
- You will be asked to upload a copy of your prescription (or a photo of your used medication bottle/pack) on the checkout page. If you don’t have a prescription, please add our prescription service to the note when choosing shipping on the checkout page.

We offer 1 free reshipment if your order is held at customs for more than 10 working days. Subsequent reshipments incur a 50% fee based on the original order value. Contact us with your tracking number to initiate the process.

There is no limit on the number of medicine bottles you can buy per order, but since almost all countries allow the import of only 3 bottles of medication per package, if you order more than 3 bottles at once, we will ship your order over multiple packages with 1 week of wait time between shipments, and you will only be charged for the shipping cost of one package.
