    How to Upload Your Prescription

    Step 1: 📤 Upload Prescription

    • Click the “Upload Prescription” button.

    • Select the prescription image from your computer/phone.

    Step 2: 📝 Fill Contact Info

    • Enter Your Full Name & E-mail address.

    ✅ After Submission:

    • You’ll see a “File Uploaded Successfully!” confirmation.

    • Our pharmacy team will email you within 24 hours to discuss your order.

    Prescription Upload Guidelines

    For quick approval, ensure your prescription includes:

    1. 📄 Full Document Visible

      • Do NOT crop any part of the prescription

      • Show all 4 corners of the document

    2. 🔍 Clear & Readable

      • Avoid blurry photos

      • Take in bright light without shadows

    3. ℹ️ Mandatory Details

      • Doctor’s name, signature & license number

      • Patient’s full name & DOB

      • Clinic visit date

      • Medication details (name, strength, quantity)

    4. 💊 Dispensing Policy

      • Medicines dispensed EXACTLY as prescribed

      • No substitutions without doctor approval

    5. 📂 Accepted Formats

      • JPEG, JPG, PNG, PDF

      • Max size: 5MB per file
